Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Finished House Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Standard
Finished provides luxury residential cleaning services using our proprietary 28-Point Protocol. While we strive for absolute perfection, we recognize the subjectivity of cleaning. We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee: if any area fails to meet our standard, we will return and reclean it at no extra charge.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our team's schedule fairly. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee or loss of priority scheduling.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This can be via presence, key, or door code. If we are unable to gain entry, a lockout fee may apply.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods for your convenience.
6. Liability & Insurance
Finished House Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to property, we will initiate a claim through our provider. Clients are responsible for informing us of any extremely delicate or high-value items that require special handling instructions.
