Deep Cleaning ranges from $250 to $450 depending on home size and current condition. We provide a transparent quote before any work begins.

Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly clients receive lower per-visit rates because the home requires less time once it's on a maintenance rhythm.

Payment is due after your cleaning is complete and you're satisfied with the work. We accept credit card, debit card, Venmo, and Zelle.

No deposit is required for residential cleaning. Larger commercial or post-construction jobs may require a small deposit, which is always discussed up front.

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. If you'd like to tip, you can do so directly or have it added to your invoice.

We ask for 48 hours' notice for any changes. No contracts, no penalties — we earn your business on every single visit.

Yes, subject to availability. Same-day requests are best made in the morning. Visit our same-day page or call directly.

We're available Monday through Friday for most services, with Saturday availability for vacation rental turnovers and select bookings.

For Standard Cleanings, we usually have availability within 3–5 days. Deep Cleans book 1–2 weeks out. Same-day is sometimes possible — call to check.

A Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom reset including baseboards, window sills, fans, light fixtures, cabinet exteriors, bathroom scaling, microwave inside and out, light switch plates, and every surface in between.

Deep cleans typically run 3 to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. We schedule a generous window and never rush.

Standard maintains an already-clean home. Deep Cleaning resets a home from scratch — it's our most thorough service and is required as the first visit before starting a recurring maintenance schedule.

Yes. All new recurring maintenance clients begin with an initial deep clean. This resets the home to the Finished standard before ongoing upkeep begins — and it's what makes recurring maintenance genuinely effective rather than just surface-level.
