Recurring maintenance pricing depends on square footage, home condition, frequency, pets, service areas, and time needed.
Maintenance pricing assumes the home has already received an initial deep clean with Finished. All new recurring maintenance clients begin with an initial deep clean — this resets the home to the Finished standard before ongoing upkeep begins.
Weekly and bi-weekly clients receive preferred recurring pricing and priority scheduling.
